Policy on Cancellations

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time and dedication of our team members, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a loss of your deposit.

To ensure the efficient scheduling and reliable delivery of our cleaning services, we have implemented a deposit policy. This policy helps us secure your appointment slot and allocate the necessary resources to meet your cleaning needs promptly and effectively.

  • The deposit amount will be communicated to you upon booking and will vary depending on the scope of the cleaning service.

Securing Your Appointment:

  • Your appointment will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

  • The deposit can be made through Square, and instructions will be provided upon booking.

Refund Policy:

  • The deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs within our specified cancellation window (refer to our cancellation policy).

  • In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the missed appointment..
